As a TCM provider she is able to customize an individual’s treatment to guide the body back to a natural way of healing. All healing begins with the patient, regardless of the therapy. Mind, body and spirit must be in harmony for health to be achieved. She is passionate about getting to the root of the problem and is grateful for the opportunity to guide you on the journey back to a place of health and vitality.

On a personal note, Jennifer has four active children. Her background, before TCM, was largely accounting and customer service related with a 10-year window staying home to raise her children full-time. Raising her children was the spark of her journey into this medicine and continues to help fuel the passion.

She has completed a 48 hour nutrition certification course and is passionate about educating on the effectiveness of using food as medicine to support the healing of dis-ease. She traveled to Vietnam to practice and learn Traditional Eastern Medicine. Margaret Knoblauch, CMT

She has been practicing massage therapy for 40+ years.  She graduated from Mueller College of Holistic Studies in San Diego, CA. in 1981.  She graduated from The New Physiology Institute in 2006 with a certification in Quantum Energetics in Green Bay, WI. She also has a strong personal background in nutrition and herbal food supplements.

Margaret believes strongly in the Body-Mind-Spirit connection of total well-being and recognizes massage as an essential foundation for creating that awareness.

The primary therapeutic effects of massage are relaxation and stress relief, improved muscle tone, improved circulation, reduction of swelling and inflammation, thereby reducing pain. Also, the blood and lymph circulation is stimulated hastening the elimination of toxins and impurities.

Regular massage facilitates a connection to your body that will bring improved health and well-being on your journey to a stress-free life where dis-ease cannot thrive!!!  First and foremost, though.... massage feels GOOD!!!   Prevention is key to optimum health!!!

Heart Centered Healing with Tracie

If you are navigating the weight of PTSD or the persistent feeling of "stuck" energy, you aren't just looking for a practitioner—you are looking for a path back to yourself. Through a blend of Healing Touch, Emotion Release, and Spiritual Healing, you can begin to unclamp the grip of the past and recirculate your natural vitality.

Rather than just managing symptoms, these sessions focus on the root energetic cause of your discomfort. Whether you are dealing with chronic emotional stress or physical tension, the goal is to help you:

  • Decompress the Nervous System: Shift out of "survival mode" into a state of deep, restorative calm.

  • Unclamp Trapped Emotions: Identify and release the energetic "balls" of sadness, anger, or grief that may be stored in your tissues.

  • Restore Your Internal Harmony: Support your body’s innate ability to heal by balancing your physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.
